My healing path began at age 16, after being diagnosed with a severe autoimmune condition that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, However my fascination with the body mind spirit began early on in my journey. After multiple flare ups while on allopathic medications, I pursed in depth studies of natural healing. I went deep down the rabbit hole of many illusions about our bodies we were programmed to believe: nutrition and the corruption of the food industry, synthetic medicines, and systemic beliefs that stem from separation consciousness.

My passion and tenacity to heal myself led me to various internal alchemy practices to achieve transcendence of inherited programs. Using the power of nature’s elements and the most profound healing technology we possess (our human vessel) I transformed my body into complete health, dis-ease free. I successfully cured myself and live medication free. 

With a lineage of clairvoyant women in my ancestry, not only is healing and guiding in my blood, but so is an innate honor and respect for the gifts of ancient traditional medicine.  The body already knows how to heal—we just need to create the right conditions for it to remember, not through force, but through presence and honest inner connection.

All of my work supports the same thing -coming home to yourself, even in the messy parts, and allowing change to unfold from the inside out.

Once we understand how to behold our symptoms and to listen deeply to the profound and resonant messages of the body, supporting the resolution of our symptoms is simple…though not always easy. The thing is, it can be easy.
